Inclusion and Accessibility

Play Valley is committed to ensuring we are a soft play facility that is largely accessible for all abilities.

  • Parking: We have disabled parking spaces located close to our main entrances.
  • Toilets: Disabled toilets are provided and have space for a wheelchair user and their carer.
  • Guide Dogs: We welcome assistance dogs into our centres. The dogs must be fully trained and part of a registered guide dog organisation. They must remain on a lead and be identifiable as an assistance dog at all times.
  • Centre Accessibility: Our centres are wheelchair accessible with clear walkways maintained throughout. The toilets are easily accessible from the seating area. Food can be ordered at the easy to access cafe or alternatively staff can take your order from your table.
  • SEN Sessions: We run monthly Special Educational Needs sessions. During these sessions capacity is greatly reduced, lighting is lowered, there are no loud announcements and music is turned off.  Children have more of a free play in terms of the age restrictions placed on certain areas of the frame.
  • Discounts: Admission is £6 per child for SEN sessions only, with parents/carers going free, and siblings welcome to attend. Learn more about our SEN sessions by heading to our SEN pages.
  • General Play Sessions: If you have a child with additional needs and would like to come and play during a general play session, we are more than happy to accommodate special requests where needed. Please speak to a member of the team during your visit who will assist, or if you have any questions in advance please contact us.
  • Separate spaces: We are able to provide a quieter space during any of our sessions should an individual with sensory needs require this. Please ask a member of the team for assistance.
