Q.

How do I book for a session?

A.

We strongly advise booking online to guarantee your place on your chosen session, once we have reached our maximum capacity we cannot permit entry to any more visitors.

When you buy a ticket online you’ll receive an order confirmation by email that includes your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode. You can then use your smart phone to present the bar code for scanning to permit entry.

Your booking is only valid for the date and time booked.

We accept walk in bookings when we have space on a session that is just about to start or has just started. These are issued on a first come first served basis and are not guaranteed.

What if I want to amend my booking?

A.

Please give us a call or send an email to info@playvalley.co.uk to make amendments to your booking. This must be done 24 hours before your session start time

Can I have a refund for a booking I made?

A.

You can transfer your booking to another date and/or time 24 hours in advance by contacting emailing info@playvalley.co.uk or calling the centre you are booked with, please quote your booking reference. Refunds cannot be offered.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

A.

We have a café at every centre offering a wide variety of food and drink. We ask that only food purchased from Play Valley is enjoyed during your visit. Signage is displayed around the centre to remind all guests of this.

Who supervises the children?

A.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for and must supervise the children in their care at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult over 18 years of age who is responsible for their care for the duration of your visit to Play Valley. At no time can children be left in Play valley.

Is smoking permitted?

A.

For the health of our younger visitors, smoking and vaping is not permitted on Play Valley property.

Q.

Do you allow dogs?

A.

We do not allow dogs unless they are special assistance or guide dogs. Please see our accessibility policy for further information.

Q.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

A.

Yes, we have baby changing facilities in all of our toilets.

Q.

When is the quietest time to visit?

A.

We can get busy during school holidays and in the winter months. If you prefer to avoid the crowds we advise visiting early in the day (from 9:30am) or later in the day (after 3pm), as these are usually our quieter hours.

Q.

What should my children wear on the equipment?

A.

Don’t leave home without socks for all the family. Socks or tights must be worn on the play equipment by adults and children. Socks are available to purchase at reception. Click here for our rules of play.
